Product Display

At Newline Cushions we make every effort to display the products featured on our site as accurately as possible with our photography.Although care is taken to ensure images are not misrepresented, colours may not be exact matches due to variance in printer standards and monitor calibration. By purchasing cushions via our online store, you agree to these terms. 

On top of this please keep in mind that there may be irregularities in materials, fabrics or prints are characteristic of the manufacturing process, and are an integral part of the design. As such, there may be slight markings or variations in appearance (including in colour or finishing) which are technically unavoidable and/or intentional.

Payment Options

  • We accept the following methods of payment: PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), AfterPay on our website.
  • Direct deposit into our bank account and/or EFTPOS will also be accepted for manual or custom orders.
  • If you would prefer to do a bank transfer or pay via the phone please contact Adriana on 0410 640 708.
    Cushions will not be dispatched until full payment has been made and funds have cleared.

Warranty

Newline Cushions provides a 12 month warranty on your cushion purchase. This warranty is subject to the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australian Consumer Law). The warranty period begins from the date that goods are received for a period of 12 months, unless otherwise specified. Proof of purchase is required.

This warranty will cover the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. It is not transferable and will not apply in situations of misuse or incorrect use of the product. We will not accept cushion returns if you are rough with the cushions, sit/jump on them and throw them around. This may result in the seams from opening and this will not be accepted for a repair.
