However, the colours we use, as well as the display and colour capabilities of the equipment you use to view our site, may greatly affect the colours you actually see on the screen. We cannot be held responsible for any limitations of the equipment you use to view our site and cannot guarantee that your equipment’s display of any colour or texture will be the same as the actual product. By purchasing cushions on our website, you agree to these terms. We will not refund Cushions for this reason but will be happy to exchange your purchase to find the correct cushions to match your interior.
We accept the following methods of payment: PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), AfterPay on our website.
Direct deposit into our bank account and/or EFTPOS will also be accepted for manual or custom orders.

Cushions will not be dispatched until full payment has been made and funds have cleared.
Newline Cushions provides a 12 month warranty on your cushion purchase. This warranty is subject to the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australian Consumer Law). The warranty period begins from the date that goods are received for a period of 12 months, unless otherwise specified. Proof of purchase is required.
This warranty will cover the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, or a natural characteristic of the material used. It is not transferable and will not apply in situations of misuse or incorrect use of the product. We will not accept cushion returns if you are rough with the cushions, sit/jump on them and throw them around. This may result in the seams from opening and this will not be accepted for a repair.
